Sun Dial Manor is a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for individuals of all ages. Our interdisciplinary team delivers comprehensive medical care, rehabilitation therapies, and assistance with daily living in a structured, supportive environment—always focused on improving outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
Our campus includes a 37-bed skilled nursing home and a 14-bed assisted living center, each licensed and certified by the South Dakota Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. As a smaller facility, we take pride in building meaningful relationships with each resident, allowing us to provide truly personalized care and attention every day.
