For more than 50 years, we have proudly served the region by offering quality skilled nursing and assisted living services in a peaceful rural setting that truly feels like home.

Our campus includes a 37-bed skilled nursing facility and a 14-bed assisted living center, both licensed and certified by the South Dakota Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This smaller size allows our team to get to know each resident personally, building meaningful relationships and providing the individualized care and attention every person deserves.
