How do I get started?

Can I keep my current doctor?

In many cases, yes. Residents may continue seeing their current physician as long as the physician is willing to coordinate care with our clinical team and meet the facility’s visitation requirements. We work closely with physicians to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.
Can medications be brought from home?

We partner with Avera Long-Term Care Pharmacy to ensure safe, accurate, and consistent medication management for our residents. In certain situations, medications brought from home may be used if they are current, properly labeled, and approved by our nursing staff. Please speak with our team before bringing any medications to the facility so we can ensure they meet our safety and policy guidelines.
