Our facility includes a 37-bed skilled nursing home and a 14-bed assisted living center, each licensed and certified by the South Dakota Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As a small facility, we’re able to form meaningful relationships with each resident and provide individualized attention everyday.
